What does Elevate actually do?
The whole life of a property, with one team: design & build, MEP, interior & fit-out, custom furniture — then scheduled maintenance and renovation for years after handover. Offices, retail, residences and villas.
Do you work in both Jakarta and Bali?
Yes. Projects and fit-out are run from Jakarta; our showroom and Bali crews are in Kerobokan. Maintenance teams dispatch from both.
I already have a contractor.
Keep them for what they do well. Most owners start us on one thing they are unhappy with — the maintenance, a renovation, or a fit-out. We earn the rest.
Will you quote a price now?
Not over chat. Every job is surveyed first, then quoted by the team — so the number reflects the actual property, not a guess. We reply within 24 hours and survey within the week.
I’m an absentee owner — how do I know the work was done?
Every visit comes with a written report and photo evidence, so you can check the state of your property from anywhere — no need to be on site.
